I writing from Sweden, just wanted you to know how much you have inspired me getting interested into synthesizers and music production over the past 5 years. I must admit I first heard about you and your work through an article about how you produced Genie in a bottle, that song was obviously a big hit here in Sweden.
This song, and that article is still inspiring and it explains in a way how pop music production becomes an art.
One thing I never found out about your production was how you tracked those synths into Logic Audio, what was the signal chain from the synths you used (TR-racks and Rolands) into the interface of your Daw? The article mentioned that you had an analog mixer, did you route keyboards and adjusted their gain levels through the mixer?
Actually at that time we were tracking the synths for mix through an Apogee Trac 2. Thanks.
